Listen, if it... we all were satisfied, were content you know...settling this question of spontaneity and all the rest of it. We all knew that unless we could have a strike and we thought against general motors and win it we might as well sell out, you know... sell our chips and leave the game. We knew that we had to do that. There had to be a strike, there was only one way and that was powerful.

Interviewer: And that, that idea was current even in thrity-five?

Even in thirty-five.
