As we was going through, we had it figured out, whoever started the... I don't know, but uh, the time was set and we passed the word around on a [inaudible] that we were going to shut this place down at a certain time, and of course you couldn't get much help. And the only way you could do it was by shuting it down, getting tough, that's the only way you're gonna make it work.

When we did shut it down, man, some of them guys could hardly wait to get out of the plant. A lot of em, man, I mean you couldn't... they couldn't go out of the door fast enough and I don't know if they were scared or if they'd been been through other experiences in that or what it was, but uh... is guys that was the first ones, we stayed. So the first night we had quite a little bit and it came at a bad time to, right before new years. So that didn't help too much there, but anyway, it did work.
