I don't think that the general public really knew what was going on, because everything was kept so quiet, you know about [cough] like I say I never had any idea that there was going to be a stike or a sitdown, or, and er, sitdown was. I tell you I wanted, I wanted a Union not so much for the money, I wanted a Union for the seniority part so you got laid off when it was your turn and got hired back when it was your turn, and to have a little say so about the speed of that line. Like I say you couldn't do quality work, it just wasn't possible that you could do quality work the way you had to work
